Is your property a good fit?
We manage self-contained homes across all 32 London boroughs. We’re especially keen to hear from landlords with:
- 1–4 bedroom flats and houses, including family homes
- Portfolios of several units, or whole blocks
- Properties that are empty, between tenants, or with an agent that isn’t working out
- Homes that need some work to meet current standards — we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed
Our standard
Every home meets the same checklist
Before we take on any property, we check ownership and authority to let, gas and electrical safety, fire safety, energy performance, licensing and condition. Then we keep checking with scheduled inspections and renewal tracking.
